Cancellations need to be made 24 hours in advance. If you fail to cancel 24 hours in advance your $25 deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel 24 hours before visit, the $25 deposit will be applied to new appointment scheduled within 30days. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
