Cancellation Policy

Cancellations need to be made 24 hours in advance. If you fail to cancel 24 hours in advance your deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel 24 hours before visit, the deposit will be applied to new appointment scheduled within 30days. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will need to reschedule. If you know in advance that you are going to be late, please contact us.
